Rock got the honor of hanging the first ornament on the Christmas tree.
A gift from Rock's Great Aunt Valeta, it's a miniature Fred Flintstone ornament with the words "YOU ROCK" in 'stone.' She got matching ornaments for Rock and my dad.
Then Fix hung Rock from the tree.

Tell Fix to pick on someone his own size. Only a bully hangs someone smaller than himself from a tree. Ha! Ha!

Interesting social satire Stephen.... how parents display children as "ornaments" to their own lives. So as to adorn themselves with purpose and personality... I might just need to get me one of my own.
