Just a quick note to all you new mothers out there. Don't wait until your son is exhausted and hot from playing outside to take a Mothers Day picture. If you do, you'll get a scene like this one.
Even if he was sad to be with me, I was happy to be with him. I love this little boy who made me a mother!
We were lucky enough to have the world's greatest Grandmothers attend the Mothers Day Brunch I threw on the Saturday before Mothers Day. We let them bring their husbands as well, but they weren't allowed in the picture.

I LOVE his smile at the very end of the video. I also can't help commenting on how much older he looks in these pictures than in the last ones I've seen on here. They just grow up way too fast.
