The last Saturday of March, I went to an amazing photography workshop put on by my favorite photographer (and friend) Kim. This Learning Party was especially designed for moms (and grandmothers) who want to shoot their kids.... with their cameras that is.
It was so incredibly helpful to get some clear, informative guidance so I could FINALLY take my nice new camera off of automatic mode and get beautiful pictures without a nasty bright flash. After Kim gave us a detailed (and fun) lecture on the ins and outs of photography, she set us loose to practice what we had learned.

YAY! Your pics were so fun. You are a natural. And OMG, that pic of my hair is sooo crazy. I am surprised I didn't chip my tooth on my necklace...
I am so glad you came!!! I can't wait to see how you put it in action.
Hey! This is great! You already have a creative eye, just a little pracice and you'll have your own photography business in a year! Seriously...you should do it!
Very cool... its always good to learn the tricks of the trade.
That workshop looks awesome and so do your pictures. I want to hear about New York. And Easter. And, we missed you on Friday. So, let's talk!
I REALLY wish I could have gone with you to this class. I think I may try to go to another one in the future.
