We celebrated the Fourth of July at the Coleman's house where we also celebrated Mike's birthday (two days early).
I don't think Mike would want me to discuss his age so instead I'll just show you this cheeseball I made for the party.
Mike's nephew's girlfriend brought yummy patriotic cupcakes.
Which made us very happy.Rock has taken an icing-first approach to cupcake eating. I'm not sure that I would recommend it.

Pause and appreciate the USA ROCKS! t-shirt purchased for him last September. I'm a firm believer in dressing in all red-white-and-blue for Independence Day festivities.
We worked more red into the outfit via the flip-flops. I'm telling you - the ladies dig the patriotic look!

Rach,
Thanks for your comment! Your post re: the 4th is cute too! Have you checked your gmail email lately? I sent you a few emails re: possibly getting together with Annie, Anna and Alisha next Saturday. (You don't have to post this comment.) Love, Joanna
