First storm, we got 23.5 inches. At least that's what was left on our back yard table after everything was done.
You know you're getting a lot of snow when...

And your neighbor's gutter looks like it's going to fall off...

Fix and Rock started shoveling when the snow was still coming down because it was building up on our front door and it took a LOT of pushing to get it opened.
Thankfully Rock had his broom to help Daddy shovel.
On the many days that we were trapped inside, we did a lot of reading...
And a lot of playing with cars and trucks...
And we even broke down and watched The Muppets Take Manhattan (tv is to the left of this picture). As soon as Shin arrives, he's going to look huge so I appreciate how small Rock looks on this couch.*picture taken mid-snow when it was still coming down!
